Godly confidence causes you to have the proper focus. The enemy wants our minds to be off of our creator so that he can use that as an opportunity to devour us (1 Peter 5:8). Often we get disgruntled over the things that are trying to grab our attention to lead us away from what God is saying. His words says that He wants to comfort, strengthen, restore , and establish us ( 1 Peter 5: 10). Confidence in God means relying on what He is showing you in the spiritual and standing on the promises of His word. Self confidence may try to seek out answers to every problem in order to get desired quick results. Instead we can choose to allow God to fight our battles and have Him order our next steps.

We are safer in the results of God versus attempting to manifest a temporary answer. Life has many twists and turns, but despite this our focus should be on God and where He is leading us. There are so many things trying to grab our attention and put our minds elsewhere. This can be things seen on tv, people that don't believe in us, worldly standards or vices that all try to take precedence over God's word and intention for our life. At times I have found myself battling for my focus because my mind had so many thoughts it was trying to tackle at one time. Most times these thoughts are active and present because I am choosing to entertain them.

Sometimes we have to make the choice to regain our focus on God and not let our vision or mind wander to something else. It is a choice to focus. Choose today to keep your site and mind on God. Walk in Godly confidence knowing that once you make the effort to stay focused and give your issues to God that He will give you the wisdom to maintain it and guide you. Always keep your focus even if you don't have the answers . Don't let doubt or a lack of patience take you off track. Whether God gives you a quick answer or the revelation is tarrying, don't go of course and take your eyes of Him. Godly Confidence is staying rooted with the proper focus. Ill end with one of my favorite scriptures which is Isaiah 26:3 that says " You keep in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you".
